Who we are
Not On Mondays (NOM) is an operating partner collective. This policy covers notonmondays.com and applies to anyone who visits or interacts with the site.
We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this site. We operate in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect
We only collect information you actively provide or that is generated by standard site analytics tools.
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, and any message content you submit via our enquiry form.
- Analytics data: pages visited, time on site, referring source, and approximate location (country/city level). This is collected via Google Analytics and is anonymised — we do not track individuals.
- Cookie consent preference: a record of whether you accepted or rejected cookies, stored locally in your browser.
We do not collect payment information, and we do not build profiles on individual visitors.
How we use it
- Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Analytics data is used to understand how the site is performing and to improve it. We do not use it for advertising.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use two types:
- Essential: stores your cookie consent preference. No consent required.
- Analytics (Google Analytics): only set if you accept cookies. These help us understand site traffic at an aggregate level.
You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies. The banner will reappear on your next visit.
