Not On Mondays (NOM) is an operating partner collective. This policy covers notonmondays.com and applies to anyone who visits or interacts with the site.

We are the data controller for the personal information collected through this site. We operate in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

We only collect information you actively provide or that is generated by standard site analytics tools.

• Contact form submissions: name, email address, and any message content you submit via our enquiry form.
• Analytics data: pages visited, time on site, referring source, and approximate location (country/city level). This is collected via Google Analytics and is anonymised — we do not track individuals.
• Cookie consent preference: a record of whether you accepted or rejected cookies, stored locally in your browser.

We do not collect payment information, and we do not build profiles on individual visitors.

• Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry.

Retention

Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and close your enquiry. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in line with Google Analytics defaults, after which it is deleted automatically.

• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)
